Micro Journeys

 

 

Great Mama Earth so generously provides us with plant medicines that open our hearts and expand our consciousness, making them valuable allies for inner work.

 

In a Mirco Journey a small dose of medicinal tea is given at the beginning and within about 15 minutes the whole being begins to subtly respond to its effects. What follows is a three hour inquiry into what is present. We meet your path right where it is at in the moment and follow where it unfolds.​

**What To Expect**

​

Sacred Space

Before and after the space will be cleared and blessed. The space is also grounded with openess, reverence and clear presence.  Each voyager is also encouraged to bring an intention to help set the journey.​

Heightened Awareness

Within this space, the senses come alive, deepening our awareness of the subtle symphony within, making it easier to feel the connection between the spiritual, emotional, physical and mental bodies.

Open Conversation

When a space is set with sacred intention and the awareness goes into an expanded state, we are given more access to seeing the undercurrents of what is flowing through. From this place there is greater opportunity for insight, acceptance and emotional processing. As you speak about what is coming up, we follow it with curiosity and respect, letting the inner being lead the way.

Somatic Clearing

Playing in these undercurrents we get closer to the roots of what the body is ready to bring to the surface and clear out. This clearing out is found through felt processing where we step out of the stories in the head and drop down into the listening and guidance of the body. Learning and practicing how to feel pieces all the way through so they can clear.

Guided Meditation

Guided inner exploration may be offered, traveling into the awareness of the energy body, energy centers, physical expression, breathwork and inner elder/child work.

Homework

At the end of each session, one or two suggestions for homework will be offered for integrating and continuing the work.

Additional Tools

Clearing out and healing is also enhanced with other optional tools. Sound Medicine to help move energy through, Tarot for opening up other avenues of perception and Essential Oil Therapy for nourishing the spirit. ​​​​​​​​​
