A deep dive journey into expanded consciousness is an exploration of the vastness of the Self and its relationship to what is inside and out. It taps us into our unique path of clearing out what no longer serves us and connecting with a deepened sense of inner clarity,  self-understanding and self-love.

It is a journey that benefits greatly from preparation, integration and an experienced travel companion. Below is an outline of the supported Deep Dive path.​​

Meet & Connect​​

After your initial consulation, we meet on Zoom for about an hour to bring to light the needs and intentions you have for your journey and what you are hoping to find on the other side. At this time we will also ​​​discuss a daily practice to begin that feeds your soul and supports your preparation and integration process. ​​​​

Preparation Session​

A week before your journey, we meet in person for about 2 hours to map out the flow of your journey day, what to bring and what is unfolding in your apprach work as we get closer.​​

Deep Dive Journey​​

​Each journey is co-created uniquely for your vision and needs with plenty of space and time to fully arrive, dive deep and return to the surface before the day is complete. From arrival to departure, each journey last from about 8 to 12 hrs depending on what unfolds.

Next Day Check-in​

On the day after your journey, we will have an hour check-in on Zoom about how your journey is landing and if there anything needing support.

Integration Sessions​​

Over the next month we will have three integration sessions on Zoom for 2 hours to process through what came up in your journey.

On Call Support:​

Open communication is a supportive piece of the puzzle. As questions arise and inner processing comes up throughout our work together, you can communicate with me through text and if an additional call is needed we can set that up too.
