​A deep dive journey into expanded consciousness is a supported exploration of the vast experience of the self/Self and its relationship to what is inside and out. It taps us into our unique path of letting go and a deepened sense of inner clarity, self-understanding and self-love.
It is a journey that benefits greatly from preparation, integration and an experienced travel companion. Below is an outline of the supported path.​​

Meet & Connect​​
After initial consulation, we meet on Zoom to bring to light the needs and intentions you have for your journey and what you are hoping to find on the other side. (@ 1 hr)​​​​​​

Preparation Session​
A week before your journey we meet in person to map out the flow of the day, what to bring and how to tailor in the preparation and integration practices that feel most empowering to you. (@ 2 hr)​​​​

Inner Waves Journey​​
On the day of the journey, you are shuttled to and from a gorgeous circle cabin on the Key Peninsula. It is sweetly comfortable, set in nature and a space that has been steeped in decades of intentional gatherings, ceremonys and inner work.

Each journey is co-created uniquely for your vision and needs with plenty of space and time to fully arrive, dive deep and return to the surface before the day is complete. (@ 8-12 hrs)

Post Journey Check-in​
In the few days following your journey, we will check in over the phone about how the integration process is landing and if there is more support needed. (@ 1 hr)

Integrating The Journey​​
Two weeks following your journey we meet in person to look at how your integration is developing, how you are feeling called to continue your integrative practices and what you envision for your path ahead. (@ 2 hr)

On Call Support:​
Open communication is a supportive piece of the puzzle. As questions arise and inner processing comes up you can communicate with me through text and if an additional call is needed we can set that up too.

A non-refundable deposit of $600 is due before the Preparation Session begins.​ The remainder of your payment is due before your Inner Waves Journey Session begins.​
